FSC have worked with C. S. Todd & Associates since 2011. FSC operate a complex property portfolio across some 20 UK-wide estates. C. S. Todd & Associates were able to provide local and senior managers with the reassurance of a standardised high quality risk assessment of all our properties. From this FSC were able to address the actions identified and systematically reduce the risk to life at all of our sites. Through a cycle of Reviews and Risk Assessment renewal, FSC have worked closely with Colin’s expert team to improve both fire safety and managers awareness of risk. C. S. Todd & Associates advice to us at both planning application and design stages of property developments has been instrumental in securing permissions on a number of complex and listed building alterations. Their office team and technical expertise has also been invaluable in responding to questions related to fire safety. C. S. Todd & Associates’ ability to fully understand our operating environment and customers gives us confidence to continue to make use of their services.

Greenwoods GRM LLP
Hammersmith & Fulham Council announced its ambitious £20million Fire Safety Plus programme in 2017. In order to promote fire safety to the highest possible level, we appointed C. S. Todd & Associates to provide consultancy support on a range of projects, including working with the London Fire Brigade. The advice and support received was always of the highest order, helping us prioritise our investments and keep our residents safe.
London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) have engaged the services of C.S. Todd & Associates since early 2016. Since working with C.S. Todd & Associates, we have been impressed with their knowledge and expertise and they offer practical solutions to ensure that we continue to keep our residents safe, protect our properties and comply with fire regulations. C.S. Todd & Associates additionally provide some staff training which has been very well received. The standard of course content and the level of presentation were of a very high standard

Todd & Associates (Fire Consultancy) since 2007 to provide a number of fire safety related services over the years including Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Drills. CS Todd Associates have provided competent, cost effective and vital support to UCL Fire Safety Team in the delivery of fire safety during this period.
