FSC have worked with C. S. Todd & Associates since 2011. FSC operate a complex property portfolio across some 20 UK-wide estates. C. S. Todd & Associates were able to provide local and senior managers with the reassurance of a standardised high quality risk assessment of all our properties. From this FSC were able to address the actions identified and systematically reduce the risk to life at all of our sites. Through a cycle of Reviews and Risk Assessment renewal, FSC have worked closely with Colin’s expert team to improve both fire safety and managers awareness of risk. C. S. Todd & Associates advice to us at both planning application and design stages of property developments has been instrumental in securing permissions on a number of complex and listed building alterations. Their office team and technical expertise has also been invaluable in responding to questions related to fire safety. C. S. Todd & Associates’ ability to fully understand our operating environment and customers gives us confidence to continue to make use of their services.

Todd & Associates (Fire Consultancy) since 2007 to provide a number of fire safety related services over the years including Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Drills. Todd & Associates for over 15 years and use a variety of their services from the completion of fire risk assessments, creation of fire engineers reports and the provision of training.
